I have looked at the effect of the absence (and presence?) of individual players on specific squads at different times over the past 2+ years. I happened on this posting ("Accounting for injuries") earlier over at Crashing the Dance, and thought it brought the subject into focus. The effect of losing losing players like Dominic James, Jerome Dyson and others into focus. An important factor going into next week.
